The brief for this design was to create a low maintenance contemporary home that would evolve with the everchanging coastal conditions.

Concrete wall panels throughout, coupled with dependable hardwoods and zinc coated steels, allow the home to command it's position within the landscape.

The home is set around a central courtyard, accessible from all ground floor spaces. It draws your attention as you work your way through the home, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation and social interaction.

REV utilised the north facing edge of the site to design a home that is full of light, while careful placement of windows ensures cross ventilation will cool the home in the warmer months.
